Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources department provides a full range of H.R. services to the Town of Orangeville. With over 130 full-time and more than 100 part-time employees, the H.R. department provides expertise in the areas of compensation and benefits; training and development; health and safety; recruitment; and employee relations.
