Under the direction of the Director of Building and By-law Enforcement, the By-law Enforcement Department enforces Town by-laws in a manner that protects the general public and ensures the Town remains a pleasant and attractive community to reside and visit.  The Department is also responsible for parking, property standards, sign permits and the administration and licensing of taxicabs and limousines.
